Risk and Compliance Framework

Compliance

Our compliance framework is designed to support secure crypto-to-cash settlement operations across C2C, C2B, and B2B flows.

Last updated: February 22, 2026

Important

We may delay or decline transactions to meet compliance obligations.

Policy Boundary

We do not offer services for prohibited activities.

Compliance overview

2Settle operates a payments and remittance settlement model where users send supported crypto assets and recipients receive cash into bank accounts through verified liquidity providers and merchants.

Our controls are designed to protect users, partners, and payment rails while meeting legal and regulatory responsibilities as required by applicable law.

KYC and KYB controls

We apply customer and business verification checks to support safe onboarding, ongoing account integrity, and risk-tiered transaction access.

Verification may include identity details, contact information, business records, beneficial ownership data, and supporting documentation where relevant to risk and legal requirements.

Tiered limits apply to account levels, including typical limits of $2,000 for unverified users and $5,000 for verified users, subject to change.

Transaction monitoring

We monitor transactions for risk signals such as abnormal velocity, unusual behavior patterns, suspicious destination details, and potential fraud indicators.

Monitoring may include automated and manual review paths, account-level scoring, and control actions such as holds, enhanced verification requests, or transaction rejection.

Sanctions and restricted jurisdictions

Access may be restricted in certain jurisdictions and for certain persons or entities, including where sanctions or regulatory limitations apply, as required by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access when restrictions are identified or when risk cannot be reasonably mitigated.

Recordkeeping and audit trail

We maintain operational records that may include transaction references, timestamps, status events, and support communications to enable reconciliation, incident response, and audit readiness.

Retention periods and disclosures are managed according to internal policy and legal obligations as required by applicable law.

Partner framework and source checks

Settlement relies on verified liquidity providers and merchants that meet onboarding and operational criteria. We may conduct source-of-funds or source-of-wealth checks where warranted by risk profile or legal requirement.

Partner access is conditioned on compliance cooperation, operational reliability, and adherence to platform rules.

Reporting channels

Users can report suspicious behavior through Reportly. Compliance escalations may also be submitted through our support and compliance contact channels for review and response.

Where required, we may file or support regulatory reporting and law-enforcement cooperation in line with applicable law.
