You agree not to use 2Settle for fraud, illegal activity, sanctions evasion, identity abuse, or any prohibited conduct.

We may monitor usage and take action, including account restrictions, where policy or legal concerns arise.

Transactions are processed when required information and confirmations are received. Crypto confirmation and partner banking processes may affect timing.

Reversals are limited and may not be available once funds are settled to a validated destination account.

You are responsible for fees and applicable taxes. Current fee references include a 1% conversion charge and processing fee tiers.

Verification tiers apply to transaction limits, including typical user limits of $2,000 and $5,000, subject to updates.

You are responsible for selecting and securing your external wallets, devices, and internet connections.

2Settle is not liable for failures caused by third-party wallet errors, external service outages, or incorrect destination details submitted by users.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for policy breaches, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or unresolved risk.

Services are provided on an as-available basis subject to operational constraints. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Platform content, software, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to foreseeable direct losses and excludes indirect or consequential damages.

Dispute resolution procedures and governing law may be determined by your jurisdiction, contractual terms, and applicable legal requirements.
