2Settle provides crypto-funded payment and remittance settlement capabilities for C2B and B2B use cases, including API-enabled flows.

Services are provided subject to onboarding, partner configuration, legal constraints, and operating limits.

Business onboarding requires accurate legal entity information, beneficial ownership details, operational contacts, and supporting documents.

Ongoing monitoring may require periodic refresh, enhanced due diligence, or additional controls based on transaction behavior or regulatory change.

Parties must maintain accurate payout instructions, monitor transaction status updates, and respond to operational requests in a timely manner.

Service continuity depends on network conditions, liquidity availability, partner banking rails, and compliance approvals.

API users are responsible for secure implementation, idempotency handling, webhook signature validation, and reconciliation processes.

Dispute handling, reversal eligibility, and remediation follow documented operational and compliance review procedures.

Commercial terms may include conversion charges, processing fees, and partner pricing arrangements. Unless otherwise agreed, reference fees include a 1% conversion charge.

Invoice cycles, payment timelines, and tax responsibilities are governed by executed agreements and applicable law.

Each party must protect confidential information, apply appropriate safeguards, and limit access to authorized personnel.

API keys and credentials must be stored securely. Compromised credentials must be reported immediately.

Partners must cooperate with lawful compliance requests, incident investigations, and control verification procedures.

2Settle may require supporting evidence, activity logs, or operational records where needed for risk and legal review.

Access may be suspended or terminated for breach, legal restrictions, unresolved risk, or non-cooperation with compliance obligations.

Liability limitations, indemnity obligations, and governing law provisions are subject to negotiated contract terms and applicable legal requirements.
